艾美捷科技代理c-LEcta品牌DENARASE及DENARASE残留检测试剂盒。

Meridian Bioscience是一家生命科学公司，开发、制造、销售各种创新的生命科学产品。提供用于人类、动物、植物和环境应用的免疫学和分子检测的关键生命科学原材料。Meridian Bioscience的生命科学部门，提供高质量分子试剂及抗原抗体。

c-LEcta公司生产的DENARASE核酸酶专门水解核苷酸之间的磷酸二酯键，产生大约3-5个碱基对的小片段。该酶对所有形式的核酸均具有活性，包括单链、双链、线性、环状或超螺旋核酸。对于病毒载体和疫苗等生物制品的工艺开发而言，c-LEcta公司生产的这种DENARASE核酸酶能够裂解所有形式的DNA和RNA，从而简化了下游工艺，提高了其效率。此外，c-LEcta公司还开发了DENARASE核酸酶残留检测试剂盒。
